Consulting Services

Over the last 10 years ascolab has gained experience in several hundreds of consulting projects based on OPC connectivity. In the area of 'classic' OPC and especially for the new OPC Unified Architecture ascolab is the worldwide leading consultant. The expertise reaches from the low level field devices up to enterprise applications and includes cross platform development and information modeling for companion specifications and customer projects. ascolab was founding member of the OPC UA working group (WG) in 2003 and is the editor of the major OPC UA Specifications (Part 4 and Part 6) from the first day. As a member of the Technical Advisory Council (TAC) the staff of ascolab takes part in all technical decisions and has an insight view on all upcoming changes and enhancements of the current OPC UA specifications.
